Amendment of section 78
Section 78 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “a contract” in subsection (1), the word “suspended,”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “part of the contract” in subsection (1), the words “during the period of suspension or upon the termination of the contract, as the case may be”; and
(c)
by inserting, immediately after the words “No effect to be given to” in the section heading, the words “suspended or”.
