Clause 69

The principal Act is amended by renumbering section 146A as subsection (1) of that section, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following subsection:“(2) The Comptroller may, in writing, authorise any officer of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore to perform or assist in the performance of any duty imposed on, or to exercise any power conferred upon, the Comptroller under this Part.”.
