Clause 122
(1)
The Commissioner of Police may, by a written exclusion order given to a person, prohibit the person from entering or remaining on any casino premises.
(2)
As soon as practicable after making an exclusion order, the Commissioner of Police shall notify each casino operator and the Authority of that order.
(3)
A person who has been given an exclusion order under this section may appeal to the Minister whose decision shall be final.
