Approved system of controls and procedures to be implemented
(1)
A casino operator shall not conduct operations in the casino unless the Authority has approved in writing of a system of internal controls and administrative and accounting procedures for the casino.
(2)
Any such approval may be amended from time to time as the Authority thinks fit.
(3)
An approval or amendment of an approval under this section takes effect when notice of it is given in writing to the casino operator concerned, or on a later date specified in the notice.
(4)
The casino operator shall ensure that the system approved for the time being under this section for the casino is implemented.
(5)
Any casino operator who fails to comply with subsection (1) or (4) shall be liable to disciplinary action.
