Transfer, mortgage, etc., of casino licence

Clause 53
(1)
No casino licence shall be transferable except with the prior approval in writing of the Authority.
(2)
A casino operator shall not mortgage, charge or otherwise encumber the casino licence except with the prior approval in writing of the Authority.
