Regulation 21
Loss, etc., of international market agent licence or international market agent representative licence
If the Authority is satisfied that an international market agent licence or international market agent representative licence has been lost, destroyed or damaged, the Authority may, on payment of the replacement fee specified in the Second Schedule, issue a replacement licence.
