Net win for counter games

The net win in a reporting period for any counter game where the casino operator is a party to a wager shall be determined by the formulawhereZ1is the drop for the counter game for the reporting period; and Z2is the payout, which refers to the total value of all money, chips and electronic credit transfers made from the counter game, paid out by a casino operator as winnings on the counter game for the reporting period.
