Restriction on use of licensed premises
Subregulation 1
No licensed premises shall have a living room or sleeping place for human beings.
Subregulation 2
No trade, other than that of keeping cattle and a trade connected with or related to cattle, shall be carried on in the licensed premises without the written permission of the Commissioner.
Subregulation 3
The Commissioner may at any time direct that —
(a)
all articles in the licensed premises be removed from the premises;
(b)
the walls, floors and ceilings of the licensed premises be cleaned and washed as may be directed; and
(c)
all the rubbish in the licensed premises be collected and disposed of in such manner as may be directed.
