Clause 13

Section 51 of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraph (g) and substituting the following paragraphs:“(g)provide for the manner in which the insured sum shall be paid in respect of any insured person under the Scheme;

(ga)provide for the cases in which or the circumstances under which the insured sum shall not be payable in respect of any insured person under the Scheme;”.
