Clause 18

Consequential amendments to Mental Health (Care and Treatment) Act 2008

The Second Schedule to the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) Act 2008 (Act 21 of 2008) is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraph (i) of item 1(8)(a); and

(b)

by deleting item 1(8)(b).
