Section 27Q(2) of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (e), the following paragraph:“(ea)without prejudice to the generality of paragraph (e), provide for the Board to pay a relevant member’s monthly income under section 27K(6), or any amount to be refunded to a relevant member, into the relevant member’s account in the Fund, and for the circumstances in which payment will be made to a relevant member in this manner;”.
