Clause 30

Amendment of section 39

Section 39 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (e), the following paragraph:“(ea)prescribe the circumstances under which the Board may cancel or terminate a member’s cover under the Scheme;”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “any premium” in paragraph (f), the words “, the manner in which the premium is to be refunded”.
