Clause 61

Where, under any terms and conditions of the Board or other document or instrument, any person has agreed or is required or permitted to do anything under any provision of section 15 of the principal Act as in force immediately before the date of commencement of section 4, that person is deemed after that date to have agreed or to be required or permitted (as the case may be) to do that thing under the corresponding provision as re‑enacted in section 15, 15AA or 15AB of the principal Act.
