Clause 27
In the principal Act, in section 27B(1) —
(a)
in paragraph (a)(ii), replace sub‑paragraph (A) with —“(A)after the member has become entitled to withdraw the sum standing to the credit of the member under section 15(2), 15AA(1) or 27 or the Board has been notified that the member has died, whichever is the earliest in time; and”; and
(b)
in paragraph (b), replace sub‑paragraph (i) with —“(i)after the member has become entitled to withdraw the sum standing to the credit of the member under section 15(2), 15AA(1) or 27 or the Board has been notified that the member has died, whichever is the earliest in time; and”.
