Amendment of section 6

In the principal Act, in section 6 —

(a)

in subsections (4C), (4D), (4E)(a), (b) and (c), (4F), (4G), (4H) and (4I), replace “the effective date” wherever it appears with “1 April 2022”; and

(b)

delete subsection (6).
