Amendment of section 77
In the principal Act, in section 77(1), after paragraph (qa), insert —“(r)without affecting service under sections 62A and 74, to provide for the service by any other means of any document that is required or permitted to be served under this Act, except a notice to attend court or a summons mentioned in section 62A and any document to be served in proceedings in court;”.
