Clause 1

Short title and commencement

This Act may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Amendment No. 2) Act, 1981.(2) Section 5 shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 1st day of January 1981.(3) Sections 4 and 7 shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 1st day of June 1981.

Section 5 shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 1st day of January 1981.

Sections 4 and 7 shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 1st day of June 1981.
