Amendment of regulation 14

Regulation 2
In the Central Provident Fund Regulations 1987, in regulation 14 —
(a)
in paragraph (1), after sub-paragraph (d), insert —“(da)an amount credited to the member’s ordinary account under regulation 35(2) of the Central Provident Fund (Investment Schemes) Regulations 2000, in respect of the proceeds of sale of any designated shares sold before, on or after 8 April 2026;”; and
(b)
in paragraph (2), after sub-paragraph (d), insert —“(da)an amount mentioned in paragraph (1)(da) or a restored amount in respect of that amount — at any time;”.
