Regulation 10A
Manner of refund of premium
Where the Board or an appointed insurer (as the case may be) is liable to refund to an insured person the whole or any part of any premium paid by the person (including the whole or such part, as the Board may determine, of any interest that would have been payable on the premium had the premium not been deducted from the person’s account in the Fund), the refund must be made —
(a)
by payment into the person’s account in the Fund; or
(b)
in such other manner as may be approved by the Board.
