Maximum age of person insured under Scheme
Section 42(1) of the Act does not apply to any member of the Fund who attains 65 years of age on or before the date of commencement or renewal of his or her insurance cover under the Scheme, being the age which the Minister has prescribed for that purpose under section 42(2)(a) of the Act.
