Regulation 12
Subregulation 1
Every relevant document (other than an order of court) must be in the form required by the Board.
Subregulation 2
Every relevant document must be supported by any information, evidence or document that the Board requires to give effect to the relevant document, that is submitted within the time required by the Board.
