Regulation 5B

Age prescribed for section 27K(5)(a) of Act

The age prescribed for the purposes of any application under section 27K(5)(a) of the Act made on or after 1 May 2016 is —

(a)

for an applicable member — 60 years of age; and

(b)

in any other case — the specified age.
