Approved day rehabilitation centres
Despite anything in this Part, where a member or the member’s dependant has received any approved rehabilitation treatment in any approved day rehabilitation centre, the amount that may be withdrawn by the member for the payment of such treatment must not exceed —
$20 per day, subject to a maximum of $1,500 per year, if the member or member’s dependant received such treatment before 1 June 2010;
$25 per day, subject to a maximum of $1,500 per year, if the member or member’s dependant received such treatment on or after 1 June 2010 but before 1 April 2022;
$25 per day for each type of approved rehabilitation treatment, subject to a maximum of $1,500 per year in total, if the member or member’s dependant received such treatment on or after 1 April 2022; or
the total credit balance in the member’s medisave account,whichever is the lowest.
