Regulation 28
Prescribed person to determine circumstances for withdrawal
For the purposes of section 16B(1) of the Act, the Minister for Health is the prescribed person who is to make a determination of the circumstances in which any amount standing to the credit of a member in the member’s medisave account is permitted to be withdrawn under that provision.
