Regulation 1AA
In these Rules —“applicable person” has the meaning given by section 2(1) of the Act, read with regulation 2(b) of the Central Provident Fund (Prescribed Applicable Person) Regulations 2024;“designated shares” has the meaning given by section 2(1) of the Act.
