Specified provisions of other written law for section 24A(1)(b) of Act

The following provisions are specified for the purposes of section 24A(1)(b) of the Act:

(a)

section 12 of the MediShield Life Scheme Act 2015;

(b)

section 24 of the CareShield Life and Long‑Term Care Act 2019.
