SECOND SCHEDULERegulation 4(5)(On or after 1 April 1994 but before 1 July 1995) Where a member is in receipt of a pension, annuity or other benefit which provides him or her with a monthly income of less than $272 on attaining 60 years of age, the retirement sum to be set aside by the member at 55 years of age is to be calculated using the following formula:ORthe retirement sum specified in accordance with the Table set out in the First Schedule, whichever is the less.
