Regulation 13

Registration of employee or platform worker

Subregulation 1

The Board must register in the manner specified in paragraph (2), any employee or platform worker as a member of the Fund when it receives the first contribution for the employee or platform worker.

Subregulation 2

Where the member holds a Singapore identity card, the Board must issue a registration number which is the number of the member’s identity card.
