Regulation 4

Payment Advice

Every employer or platform operator must —

(a)

as soon as any person becomes the employer’s or platform operator’s employee or platform worker immediately obtain and complete a form known as the Payment Advice in respect of the employee or platform worker; and

(b)

forward the form to the Board at the time and in the manner specified in rule 6.
