Regulation 5A
Transfer of member’s money to own special account
Subregulation 1
A member’s application under section 18B of the Act must be in such form and supported by such evidence as the Board may require.
Subregulation 2
The Board may grant a member’s application under section 18B of the Act subject to such terms and conditions as the Board may impose.
