Subregulation 4
These Regulations shall not apply to any inquiry, investigation or other proceeding commenced before 1st November 2012 and the revoked Charities (Fund-Raising Appeals) Regulations or the Charities (Fund-raising Appeals for Foreign Charitable Purposes) Regulations shall continue to apply to that inquiry, investigation or proceeding as if these Regulations had not been enacted.
