Amendment of section 9

Section 9(8) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (c);

(b)

by deleting the word “; and” at the end of paragraph (d) and substituting a full‑stop; and

(c)

by deleting paragraph (e).
