Clause 15

by deleting the words “4 weeks or 24 days (as the case may be)” in paragraphs (a)(i) and (b)(i) and substituting in each case the words “period equal in duration to 4 times the employee’s weekly index or every 24 days, whichever is the lower,”; and

by deleting sub‑paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a) and substituting the following sub‑paragraph: “(ii)in any case, not more than a total of $20,000 for the period of cessation (if only one), or all the periods of cessation, under sub‑paragraph (i), whichever is applicable; or”.
