Amendment of section 7
In the Child Development Co-Savings Act 2001 (called in this Act the principal Act), in section 7(2) —
(a)
replace paragraph (e) with —“(e)provide for the circumstances in which approval granted to a person is revoked, and other circumstances in which the approval may be suspended or revoked by the Minister;”;
(b)
in paragraph (f), replace the full-stop at the end with “; and”; and
(c)
after paragraph (f), insert —“(g)specify duties of officers and employees of an approved person.”.
