Amendment of section 69
Section 69 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “the approved school or approved home” in the 5th and 6th lines and in the 9th and 10th lines and substituting in each case the words “the approved school, approved home, remand home or place of detention”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “approved school or approved home” in the marginal note and substituting the words “approved school, approved home, remand home or place of detention”.
