Amendment of section 32

of Children and Young Persons (Amendment) Bill

Section 32 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (3), the following subsection:“(3A) The functions of the panel of advisers referred to in subsection (3) shall be to inform and advise the Juvenile Court with respect to —

(a)

any matter or consideration which may affect the treatment of any child or young person; or

(b)

any order that may be made in respect of any child or young person brought before the Juvenile Court.”.
