Amendment of section 74
Section 74 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “an approved school, an approved home” and substituting the words “a juvenile rehabilitation centre, a place of safety”;
(b)
by deleting the words “place of safety or” and substituting the words “place of temporary care and protection or”; and
(c)
by deleting the words “medical treatment” wherever they appear (including the section heading) and substituting in each case the words “medical examination or medical treatment”.
