Consequential amendment to Criminal Procedure Code 2010

Section 305(1) of the Criminal Procedure Code 2010 (Act 15 of 2010) is amended by deleting the words “an approved school” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “a juvenile rehabilitation centre”.
