Amendment of section 12
Section 12 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “child” in subsections (1), (2) and (3), the words “or young person”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “guardian” in subsection (3), the words “of the child or young person,”; and
(c)
by inserting, immediately after the word “child” in the section heading, the words “or young person”.
