Clause 46

Any child or young person or his parent or guardian who is dissatisfied with any judgment, sentence or order of a Juvenile Court may appeal to the High Court against the judgment, sentence or order in accordance with the provision of any law in force for the time being regulating appeals to the High Court from a Magistrate’s Court.
