For the purposes of section 11A(5) of the Act, the prescribed period is 2 days.

A voluntary care agreement in respect of a child or young person terminates automatically if an order under section 44, 49(1), 49B(2), 49C (read with section 49B) or 50(4) of the Act is made in respect of the child or young person.
