Amendment of section 12

Section 12(2) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraphs (a) and (b) and substituting the following paragraphs:“(a)any employer or employee to whom section 9, 10A, 12B or 12D applies;

(b)

any dispute under this Part, or under any regulations made under section 20, between any such employer and any such employee; and”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “section 17” in paragraph (c) and substituting the words “section 12B, 12D or 17”.
