Clause 56

Any chit fund company which, or any person who is a director, officer, employee or agent of a chit fund company, contravenes or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Act for which no penalty is expressly provided shall be guilty of an offence under this Act and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars.
