Clause 30
(1)
In every case in which any damage is done to any property of the Authority by any aircraft or by any person employed in or about the aircraft, the cost of making good such damage may be recovered by the Authority from the owner or person in charge of such aircraft.
(2)
The Authority may detain any such aircraft until the cost of making good such damage has been paid to the Authority or security has been given to the Authority for the amount thereof.
