Clause 55

Aiding, etc., commission of service offence

A person who intentionally or recklessly —

(a)

aids, abets, counsels or procures;

(b)

incites to, urges or encourages; or

(c)

commands or orders,the commission of a service offence shall be guilty of the offence.
