Related amendments to Enlistment Act
(1)
Section 21(1) of the Enlistment Act (Cap. 93) is amended by deleting the words “Police Force Act 2004” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “Police Force Act or section 113(1)(a) of the Civil Defence Act”.
(2)
Section 22(1) of the Enlistment Act is amended by deleting the words “Police Force Act 2004” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “Police Force Act or section 113(1)(a) of the Civil Defence Act”.
(3)
Section 23(1) of the Enlistment Act is amended by deleting the words “Police Force Act 2004” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “Police Force Act or section 113(1)(a) of the Civil Defence Act”.
(4)
Section 24(7) of the Enlistment Act is amended by deleting the words “Police Force Act 2004” in the definition of “mobilised service” and substituting the words “Police Force Act or section 113(1)(a) of the Civil Defence Act”.
