Clause 6
Section 7 of the Civil Defence Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “and confer any rank on any such auxiliary member” in subsection (2); and
(b)
by deleting subsection (4) and substituting the following subsection:“(4) The Minister may, from time to time, authorise such allowances to be paid to auxiliary members for their services.”.
