This Ordinance may be cited as the Civil Law (Amendment No. 2) Ordinance, 1962.
Amendment of section 7
Subsection (3) of section 7 of the Civil Law Ordinance is hereby amended by deleting the words “the cause of action arose not earlier than six months before his death and” appearing in the first and second lines of paragraph (b) thereof.
