Clause 14
Refusal to furnish information
Any person who, when required by the Director to answer any question, or to furnish any information —
(a)
fails to answer the question or furnish the information; or
(b)
gives any answer or furnishes any information that is false or misleading,shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars.
