Amendment of section 66

Section 66(1) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraphs (c) and (d) and substituting the following paragraph:“(c)in the case of credit societies —

(i)

subscription capital; and

(ii)

other deposits from members which shall be withdrawable subject to conditions laid down in the by-laws;”; and

(b)

by deleting paragraph (f).
